Optional target budget may use a currency and a per-unit or whole-order basis. High-end, mid-range, budget or undecided is a buyer preference, not a verified factory grade. No existing quotation is required. If JavaScript is off, write those optional notes inside the requirement field.

A complete foundation brush requirement usually names product form, head shape or fiber denseness, handle length with its unit, sleeve or pack, quantity by piece or set, destination, and expected delivery or lead time. Sample needs belong in the same note when head approval must happen before bulk. Retail unit prices from consumer listings are not factory carton prices; keep those units separate when you compare replies.

After you submit, we restate the written scope, ask factories for matching quotes, and return the lined replies for your decision. You choose the supplier and the commercial terms.
